Requirements:-

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in communication or equivalent professional qualification;
• At least 10 years of experience working in the field of communication, fundraising in Caritas or an NGO;
• Significant experience in planning and implementing successful communications and fundraising work;
• Excellent leadership, management, and communications skills;
• Excellent information management and communication in emergencies and disasters skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good personal organisational skills, including time management, and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
• Strong diplomacy, public speaking, facilitation, networking and representation skills with individuals at all levels in a flexible and broad-minded manner;
