Requirements:-

Education:
• Advanced University degree (masters or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., development studies, public
health, law).
Experience:
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in complex international environments; and a minimum of 5
years of experience in a similar position in a project-based international development organization and / or
global network, preferably with projects funded by the European Commission (EC) and/or projects that
include a sub-granting component.

• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as the commitment to

• Ability to demonstrate an openness and willingness to learn about the application of gender/gender
